Shinto Altar (Kamidana)
Kamidana Literally means "godshelf". this is a small Shinto altar which is located in the home or office, usually high up on the wall. It is the location where the Ofuda bearing the blessings of the kami from your local shrine (jinja) is placed to pray for protection, well-being, and prosperity. Offerings of food and drink, sprigs of your favorite plant, and other offerings may also be placed here. Traditionally the kamidana is made of wood and attached to the wall. However, these days, when most people live in apartment houses where space is limited, the kamidana has lost its place in the home. For those who are not able to care for traditional kamidana, or for those who travel as for those whoe are unfamiliar with the tradition and just want to try it out before making a greater commitment, we have designed this simple fod-out shrine. It can be placed in a convenient location on a sideboard or cupboard and quickly made ready to receive your ofuda. At the beginning of the new year simply discard the old ofuda and kamidana by bringing them to the local shrine for burning,a nd replace them with new ones for the coming year.

Easy, 4-step set-up
Pull down the base and [ull out the back stand of the fold-out altar to open it. Straighten the corners as much as possible and stand it up. Follow the 4-step set-up. Hang the bell from under the roof and set the "saisenbako" on the base to complete.
- 『今年はおうちで初詣』 簡単な組立式、厚紙で作った「神棚神社」です。木製の神棚と比べ壁に取り付ける必要はなく、お手軽にお祀りすることが出来ます。
- 組立完成時のサイズ（大きさ）は、幅：約235mm×奥行：約（台座部分）110mm×高さ：約182mm。 パッケージサイズも角2サイズの封筒に入る 幅：約220mm×横：約290mm×厚み：約10mmとA4サイズ程度です。
- ワンタッチで立ち上げられ、ストッパーによりしっかりと自立する構造です。▪お神札は台座の溝に置くことができます。お神札の大きさは頒布大麻(24.5x 6.8 x 0.3cm)サイズを3体、三社形式（総氏神さま天照大御神、氏神神社、崇敬神社）で置くことがます。▪誓いを神さまにお伝えする「願い文」を保管する「誓いどころ」があります。▪祈願成就のお礼として神さまに奉納する金銭は、付属の費銭箱に入れる事ができます。賽銭箱は縁起の良い語呂合わせの金額が貯まります。▪御朱印帳スタンドとしても宝くじの運気アップに繋がる保管場所としても使用できます。▪参拝者を祓い清め、神霊の発動を願うための小さの鈴を鳴らすことができます。▪折り畳みの包装時は、A4サイズ厚み10mmのコンパクトサイズ ▪材料に古紙を配合した環境配慮型の国産厚紙を使用しています。
- 伝統的な神棚にかかわりたい人や、伝統にかかわらず神棚を置いてみたい人。また、外出先や遠方の地で神棚に触れる生活をしてみたい人の為にシンプルで簡単にセットできる折り畳み式の神棚を作りました。これまで無かった自立して飾れるポップアップ式の祭壇置物です。三社形式でお神札を祀れる他、若年女性にブームの御朱印帳も飾ることができます。お神札と同様に1 年経過したら感謝の気持ちを込めて神社にお返しすることが出来ます。毎年、年末や初詣に新しい神棚神社を揃えることで、新たな一年が迎えられます。
